Holiday Partying in Rome Dec. 23rd – 25th

written by December 22, 2011

Staying in Rome this Christmas/Chanukah weekend? No worries, you are not alone! There are a bunch of parties going on in the various clubs/locales of Rome this weekend. I will also be around, so let’s do something!

Friday December 23rd:
Midnight Creature Party at Angelo Mai  – bringing together The Caracallas DJ set.
Loretta Loves Friday Night at Circolo degli Artisti – showcasing Circolo’s resident DJs with fresh bands from the Roman scene.
The Dancehall Champion at Rising Love – watch different musicians compete for the title of THE Dancehall Champion!

Sunday, December 25th:
Danzhall di Natale at Angelo Mai – multiple groups taking the stage at Angelo Mai’s yearly Christmas party.
Pushclub Xmas White Ball at Rising Love – self-proclaimed as the ‘hottest gay party in Rome.’
Discopanettone 2011 at Lanificio 159 – aside from having the greatest event name EVER, head over to Lanificio to dance to the tunes of 3 different DJs.

ALSO…
Buzz in Rome has a great holiday party wrap-up, including many other events that I have not mentioned, so check it out!

Have a great holiday weekend!

My Story

A smidgen about me: growing up bouncing back and forth between Rome and Northern California, I eventually moved back to the Eternal City to finish college and then decided I liked gelato too much to move away again. Today I split my time between Tunis, where I work for an international organization, and wandering around my beloved Roma in constant search of bookstores and the perfect espresso. Read more…
