Well….that was Tuesday night for me. I finally got to the front of the line and ordered two gin-tonics. Struggling with two drinks, backing out of the crowd, I ran into super famous music maker, Intiman. Sorso, stemming from the Italian verb, sorseggiare, means a sip. Specifically, sorseggiare means to sip [with pleasure]. Therefore, sorso is a small sip, or sorsi, a series of small sips.
And in case you’re wondering, yes I shared some of my gin-tonic with Inti.
