As another entry in the category of “I like the way it sounds,” I bring you zozzo. This word is the Roman version of sozzo, which is the Italian version of dirty or filthy. Or, in a figurative sense, ‘lacking morals’.
It can also be used as a noun to mean a slob. Add the Italian grammatical augmentative “one” to refer to a big slob, zozzone!
For example:
“Quel ristorante è zozzo, non ci vado mai.” – That restaurant is filthy, I never go there.
“Non cambia mai la camicia, è uno zozzone.” – He doesn’t ever change his shirt, he’s a slob.
