That being said, sometimes incredible causes and exciting world-changers cross our path and we can’t not share with you guys – especially when there’s a trip to Venice in the mix!
The Drawing Dreams Foundation is a nonprofit organization out of Berkeley, California, that donates art supplies to children’s hospitals – and that, in itself, is worth yelling from the rooftops! They are currently auctioning a two-night stay for two in a double room at a Bauers Hotel and lunch for two at Ristorante Quadri in Venice. The auction closes on October 8th, 2013, so if you want to make a bid, go for it ASAP! Derek from the Foundation informed us that proceeds from this auction will help them to deliver art supplies to hospitalized children this holiday season, including a children’s hospital in Venice.
