Now that we’re approaching Roman winter, it’s time to start waiting for that once in a blue moon snowfall and try and catch it coming through the Pantheon’s oculus. Until then, the view of this ancient temple commissioned by Agrippa is best enjoyed with a cone in hand from one of the plethora of outstanding gelaterias in the area (only Origini makes our Top Five list, but San Crispino, Cremeria, and Della Palma are nothing to sneeze at, depending on your mood. Or a granita from Tazza d’Oro.)
